What does a typical yacht charter include?
All charters come with a professional crew, safety equipment, fuel, and basic refreshments. Exact inclusions depend on the service type — for example, sunset cruises offer non-alcoholic beverages and light snacks, while corporate charters provide conference facilities and business catering options.
What is the recommended lead time for booking?
We suggest reserving at least 2–3 weeks in advance, particularly during peak season (May–September). For corporate events and private celebrations, booking 4–6 weeks ahead helps ensure better availability and allows time for customization.
What happens if weather turns unfavorable?
Safety comes first. If weather conditions are deemed unsafe by our captain, we can reschedule to the next available date or issue a full refund. We monitor weather closely and will contact you 24 hours before departure if conditions look questionable.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Yes, you may bring your own food and drinks. We also offer excellent catering and can tailor menus to your preferences. Please note that glass containers are not allowed on board for safety reasons.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We strive to accommodate all guests. Some vessels have better accessibility features than others. Please contact us when booking to discuss specific needs, and we will suggest the most suitable yacht and arrange any necessary accommodations.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before departure receive a full refund. Cancellations between 24–72 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable unless due to weather conditions or mechanical issues on our part.
